The Story:

I always dreamed about offering new ideas. Sharing the food my hands creates with love,  has always been a pleasure.

​

The name Lite Bites Specialty represents the concept of offering a line of small, bite-size desserts using traditional recipes from Brazil and Portugal. Bem Casados (Happily Married) was first used in Portugal over 100 years ago as wedding treat for the guests.  In Brazil, it became a traditional delicacy for others special occasions such as christenings, graduations, birthdays, business gatherings, etc.

 

I plan to re-create or adapt original traditional recipes to create a line of specialties that are uniquely flavorful and delightfully packaged to add a special beauty to any dessert table or to give as a special gift.
